| You can download a trial version of Landlord 5
in order to try it before you buy it. The trial version has all the
features of the registered version but will limit the number of records
you can create and will last for 30 days. |

When downloading, choose to Save the file to your
computer. Once the download is complete run the saved file SETUP.EXE
to install the software.

whether positive or negative, and have provided a simple form for

If you decide you like our Landlord 5 software
and want to continue using it after your 30 day trial has ended,
you must buy the registered version. We will then email you a registration
code that you enter into the software and this will make your trial
version into the registered version, removing the above limitations.
Any data you have entered will still be there.

| Subscribe to the Annual Maintenance
Contract for Free Software Updates |

From time to time we will upload an updated version
of the software to the website. If you are a current subscriber
to the Annual Maintenance Contract you will be sent an email directing
you to the location from where the updated software can be downloaded.
Download the updated version and install it. The new version will
automatically be registered using your existing registration code.

| EZPZ Landlord 4 users |
| Support for the previous series of this software,
EZPZ Landlord 4, was withdrawn 31/03/2009 and that product is now
defunct. If you are currently using EZPZ Landlord 4 please note that
Landlord 5 will not work with your existing serial number and
activation code. You should therefore either continue using EZPZ Landlord
4 or purchase Landlord 5 to obtain a a new registration code. |
