Terms and Conditions

Delivery policy

Orders paid by debit or credit card
Orders placed between the hours of 0900 Monday and 1400 Friday will normally be processed within a maximum of 24 hours, excluding Bank Holidays and other holidays advertised by us as closed days.

Where software is being supplied on a download basis, you will receive an email from us, sent to the email address you entered when completing your card details, advising you of your Registration Code.

Where software is being supplied on CD, you will receive an email from us, sent to the email address you entered when completing your card details, advising you when your order is being dispatched.

Orders paid by cheque or BACS transfer
Orders placed between the hours of 0900 Monday and 1400 Friday will normally be processed within a maximum of 24 hours, excluding Bank Holidays and other holidays advertised by us as closed days.

For orders placed by cheque we reserve the right to wait for up to 5 business days for the cheque to clear before processing the order.

Where software is being supplied on a download basis, you must provide us with an email address to which your Registration Code can be sent.

 

Cancelled Orders

Orders may be cancelled at any time up until receipt from us of an email advising you of your Registration Code or advising you that your order is being posted, after which you should follow the instructions in the "Returns & Refunds" section below.

 

Returns & Refunds

All our software products are supplied under a 30-day money back guarantee.

Software supplied by download
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the software after purchasing it you must advise us that you require a refund by email within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Software supplied on CD
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the software after purchasing it you must return the software to us, complete with its original packaging, and advise us that you require a refund. The software must be received by us within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All refunds will be made to the card account used to purchase the software, or by cheque, where the purchase was made by cheque, or by BACS transfer where the purchase was made by BACS transfer. The amount of the refund will be limited to the amount paid by the customer when making the purchase. The cost of returning items to us will not be included.

Once the refund has been made you agree to uninstall the software from any computer you have installed it on and to stop using it.

 

Privacy Policy

Customer name and email details may be kept on file by us for the sole purpose of advising customers when software updates, software upgrades and related products are available.

Where customer card details are provided to us over the telephone or via mail, these details are kept by us only until the order has been fulfilled after which time they are destroyed.

Customer details will not be passed on by us to a third party unless agreed by the customer or as dictated by UK law.
