EZPZ Software's Landlord 5 is landlord software designed for landlords who manage their own properties.

In addition to it being feature-packed property management software Landlord 5 is fully-integrated accounting software which means that you don't need to export your data to other accounting software, such as Sage, to finish off your bookkeeping, because all the functions you need are contained within Landlord 5.

Landlord 5 has all the standard accounting software features you would expect from computerised bookkeeping software, such as:

	Sales ledger Create printable invoices and credit notes, batch entry of invoices and credit notes, bad debt write-off, refunds, unpaid item processing and credit control.
	Purchase ledger Detailed supplier accounts, batch entry of invoices and credit notes, remittance advice printing and full reporting.
	Nominal ledger Full nominal ledger with transaction history available on all nominal accounts, journal entries, trial balance and full reporting.
	Bank reconciliation Reconcile any bank account. Reconciled transactions are saved with the date of the bank statement the transaction appeared on making error checking easy.
	VAT analysis Full UK VAT accounting and reporting.
	Automated entries Used to save time posting transactions that occur regularly such as standing orders and direct debits. They can also cater for repeat invoicing and journal entries.
	Prepayments and accruals Split non-monthly expenditure on a monthly basis to produce accurate monthly management accounts.

In addition to its accounting software features Landlord 5 includes a host of property management features and enables you to keep full details of your properties and tenants.

The previous series of this software, EZPZ Landlord 4, has now expired and is no longer supported. If you are currently using EZPZ Landlord 4 please note that Landlord 5 will not work with your existing serial number and activation code.
