Delivery policy

Orders paid by debit or credit card or bank transfer
Where software is being supplied on CD orders placed before 2:00pm on a business day will usually be sent out the same day. Orders are not usually sent out on weekends, Bank Holidays and other holidays advertised by us as closed days.

Where software is being supplied on a download basis, you will receive an email from us, sent to the email address you entered when completing your card details, advising you of your Registration Code. These emails are prepared manually so may take a short while to be sent to you; your patience is appreciated.

Orders paid by cheque
For orders placed by cheque we reserve the right to wait for up to 5 business days for the cheque to clear before processing the order.

Where software is being supplied on a download basis, you must provide us with an email address to which your Registration Code can be sent.

Cancelled Orders

Orders may be cancelled at any time up until we send you the email advising you of your Registration Code, where software has been provided by download, or we have posted your order, where software has been ordered on CD. After this time you should follow the instructions in the "Returns & Refunds" section below.

Returns & Refunds

Software supplied by download
Where software has been downloaded and the buyer has purchased a Registration Code, refunds cannot be made once the Registration Code email has been sent by us.

Software supplied on CD
Where software has been purchased on CD you have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods. You must return the goods to us, complete and unopened, and advise us that you require a refund. When the goods have been received by us and found to be in satisfactory condition the refund will be applied as detailed below. We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable fee where goods are not returned in a satisfactory condition.

All refunds will be made to the card account used to purchase the software, or by cheque, where the purchase was made by cheque, or by bank transfer where the purchase was made by bank transfer. The amount of the refund will be limited to the amount paid by the customer when making the purchase. The cost of returning items to us will not be refunded.

Privacy Policy

Customer name and email details may be kept on file by us for the sole purpose of advising customers when software updates, software upgrades and related products are available.

Where customer card details are provided to us over the telephone or via mail, these details are kept by us only until the order has been fulfilled after which time they are destroyed.

Customer details will not be passed on by us to a third party unless agreed by the customer or as dictated by UK law.
