EZPZ Landlord 4 Users
We have now launched a new version of this product, EZPZ Landlord 5, which is now being supplied to all new customers.
The new version is a much improved product compared with EZPZ Landlord 4, having many new features as well as improvements to existing features.
The new product has taken us many months to complete. In view of the development costs involved, the new version is being offered to existing users as an upgrade, not as a free update.
If you do not want to upgrade to the new product, you can carry on using EZPZ Landlord 4. We will continue to provide support for this product until 31st March 2009.
Your existing serial number and activation code will not work with the new product. When you purchase the new product you will be sent a new registration code with which to register the software.
Try EZPZ Landlord 5
If you are unsure whether or not you want to upgrade to the new product, why
not try it out before you decide?
Download the trial version of the new product and install it on your computer in the usual way. Installation is set up to install to a different folder to that used by your existing product and so the software can be installed without affecting your existing version or data. Once you have installed the new version you can run it and create a new business in a different location to your existing data. If you want to try your existing data with the new product, please do so by restoring from a backup of your data into the new business you have created.
In order for data conversion to work correctly, please make sure you have installed the latest version of old product.

Annual Maintenance Contract
If you have an existing Annual Maintenance Contract with us, and decide to upgrade
to the new product, your Annual Maintenance Contract will be transferred to
the new product and will continue, as normal, until the expiry date previously
advised to you.
