Each item that you add to your inventory is allocated
to a room in your house. You can view the inventory for a single
room or for the whole house. More rooms can be added as required.
There is no limit in the software to the number of rooms or to the
number of items in the inventory.
An inventory item also has a category, such as "furnishings"
or "motor". You can add as many categories as you wish
and can view all the items of a selected category.
Record details of all your
appliances and electrical items
Record make, model and serial number of all your
appliances and electrical items. Store detailed item descriptions,
including when and where purchased and where the item is physically
located.
Enter your own notes such as an item's distinguishing
features in case of loss or theft.
You can record the current value of an item as well
as the original purchase price. Use these values to assess whether
you have adequate insurance cover.
Store details of your insurance policies, including
buildings, contents and motor, in one place. The software will automatically
create reminder records for insurance renewal.
