This option gives you FTP access to the EZPZ server so that you can upload or download backup files to a secure off-site location.

You can use the FTP Manager option in your EZPZ program to send or receive files between your computer and our secure server using the user name you will be provided with. Storing backups of your data off-site means that you can retrieve it should anything happen to your computer or the location your computer is in.

The FTP Manager option is available in the following products:

• EZPZ Landlord (not EZPZ Landlord Light)
• EZPZ Property Manager
• EZPZ Residential Care Manager

The Cost
The cost of this service is £60.00 per business per year, payable annually in advance. Once your payment has been received you will be issued with a User Name and given the opportunity to select a Password.

We will contact you towards the end of the year advising you that renewal is required for continuation of service.
