Annual Maintenance Contract
The Annual Maintenance Contract provides you, the User, with both help and support for your EZPZ product.
You will be provided with a special help line telephone number. Calls to this telephone number are free of charge if made from a UK landline.
If you prefer, you can request help via email to support@ezpzsoftware.co.uk.
The help line is open Monday to Friday 10.00am - 1.00pm and 2.00pm - 5.00pm with the exception of Bank Holidays and our annual business holidays.
The Cost
The cost of the Annual Maintenance Contract is £125.00 per business per year.
Once your payment has been received you will be issued with an Account Number.
This must be quoted whenever you request support.
Period Covered
Your Annual Maintenance Contract will run for a period of 1 year commencing
from the date we receive your payment.
We will contact you towards the end of the Annual Maintenance Contract period giving you the opportunity to renew for the following year.
