EZPZ Software: Who we are and what we do

EZPZ Software is a UK company that specialises in the development and implementation of database application software.

Our vision as a company is to produce software of excellence that also provides value-for-money whilst remaining competitive in the marketplace.

We always strive for complete customer satisfaction, so much so that the software is updated to meet the changing needs of our customers and the particular industry in which the software is used.

We value our reputation and what our users think of us. We are a very approachable company and enjoy building quality relationships with our clients. Our approach to our clients is personable not impersonal.

Our portfolio of products ranges from ready-to-use accountancy and bookkeeping software to specially developed bespoke software, tailored to the Customer's specific requirements. All of our ready-to-use software is suitable for any UK business, small, medium or large. We have particular expertise in landlord software and property management software for letting agents.

The company was formed in February 2000. Prior to that, the managing director, John Beachill, was involved in writing database applications for several years.

Our database applications are written using Microsoft Visual FoxPro, a powerful relational database management system that combines user-friendly interfaces with fast and reliable data storage and manipulation.

Key Personnel

John Beachill
Help Desk

John mans our help desk providing both telephone and email support for our products. He has extensive experience in bookkeeping and in the development of relational database management software.

John is a certified trainer and for several years he delivered courses on bookkeeping and computer skills at college level.

John has a BSc in engineering and a Diploma in Computing.

Marji Beachill
Marketing

Marji looks after the marketing and promotion of our products as well as providing cover for our help desk. She is also our Company Secretary.

Originally from the USA, having lived in California and Hawaii, she moved to the UK in 1998 where she married John.

Marji has a BSc degree in Health and Social Care.

Roy Beachill
Project Manager

Roy is the principal contact for our bespoke applications. He has many years experience in the development and implementation of both Sales Order Processing software and Manufacturing Planning and Control software for use within the UK.

Roy holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Warwick University.
